美国商业伦理教育的实践及其对中国的启示 被引量:7

摘要 政府、公众与企业界都希望商业学校加强伦理教育,引导学生有效应对商业伦理困境。为响应社会需求,在美国,绝大多数商学院都开设商业伦理课程,配备专业的师资队伍,形成了具体的教学内容、探索出多种教育模式与方法。美国经验将会给中国商业伦理教育的理念、内容、师资培养与教育方法创新等方面提供借鉴。 Our government,society and firms attach great importance to business ethics education.They hope schools could shoulder this responsibility.In America,most business schools offer business ethics courses with qualified teachers,specific contents and different teaching modes and methods.Business schools in China can benefit from American schools' practices.They should recognize the importance of business ethics,teachers and students share the idea that business ethics could be taught.Teachers make good use of our own traditional teaching resources,writing native business cases.Qualified teachers can be cultivated from promoting business ethics research.Faculties can learn from American teachers and create new effective methods.
