实验室内多台血细胞分析仪的校准和比对分析

Calibration and comparative analysis among different hematology analyzers

目的:通过对不同血细胞分析仪的测定结果进行比对,探讨不同的血细胞分析仪检测结果之间的差异是否在允许范围之内,以提高检验结果的准确性、一致性。方法:以一台性能较好的血细胞分析仪作为标准仪器,用新鲜全血进行同一实验室内多台血细胞分析仪的比对试验,检测结果参照SYSMEX公司的仪器说明书提供的标准作为各参数的允许范围进行评估。结果:除XS-800i的WBC超出允许范围外,其他比对仪器检测结果均在偏差允许范围之内,检测结果准确性、一致性良好。结论:实验室内拥有多台血细胞分析仪时,应通过定期比对试验及定值新鲜全血校准比对仪器,建立多台血细胞分析仪的校准和质量控制方法,保证实验室检测结果的准确性和一致性。

Objective To improve the accuracy and consistency,we compared the test results from the different blood cell analyzers to explore whether the variance of the results were within the permitted range.Method The one hematology analyzer with best performance was chosen as reference analyzer,anticoagulative fresh whole blood was detected on several hematology analyzers by verification test,then we evaluated test results with the reference provided by SYSMEX company.Results The test results are all in reference limits with good accuracy and consistency except one WBC value of XS-800i.Conclusion When the laboratory has more than one blood cell analyzer,we should regularly perform the verifying test and the calibrating with fresh whole blood to establish calibration and quality control methods of the multiple blood cell analyzers in order to ensure the accuracy of laboratory test results and consistency.
