摘要
目的:观察二甲双胍联合双环醇治疗非乙醇性脂肪肝的疗效。方法:将110例非乙醇性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组(n=55)及对照组(n=55)。治疗组在综合治疗基础上给予双环醇联合二甲双胍治疗;对照组综合治疗基础上,给予应用二甲双胍。全部病例均连续治疗12周,观察治疗前后临床症状、生化指标、肝脏B彩超的变化及药物不良反应。结果:治疗组患者临床表现、生化指标、肝脏彩超改变与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用双环醇联合二甲双胍治疗脂肪肝患者疗效、安全性好,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of metformin combined with bicyclol treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.Method Total 110 cases of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=55）and the control group（n=55）.The treatment group based on the combined therapy combined with bicyclol to metformin;the control group based on the comprehensive treatment given application of metformin.All patients were treated for 12 consecutive weeks of treatment,clinical symptoms,biochemical parameters,liver changes and Color Doppler ultrasound B,adverse drug reactions were observed.Results The clinical manifestations of patients,biochemical indicators of liver ultrasonography changes compared with the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Bicyclol combined with metformin treating patients with fatty liver with good efficacy and safety,should be widely applied.
