摘要
深度指示器是矿井提升机的重要组成部分,如何实现准确、实时地判断提升容器在井筒中的位置,保证提升机安全运行以及实现提升机准确、安全减速停车,成为矿井安全生产的重大研究课题。针对现阶段使用的矿井深度指示器(牌坊式和圆盘式)存在误差大、功能单一、占用空间大、结构笨拙,存在较大安全隐患等问题,介绍了几种国内外正在研究或使用的新型深度指示器的工作原理和设计方法并分析了其特点,对矿山实际应用中设备的选型及技术改造等具有一定的指导意义。
The problems about the depth indicator which is an important part in mine hoist such as how to accurately and timely confirm the promotion containers location in pitshaft, guarantee the elevator work safety, and stop in safe become a major research topics in mine safe production. In connection with these problems of current using depth indicators in mines, such as big deviation, sole function, big space, clumsy structure, and hidden danger, this thesis introduces the work principles and design methods of several kinds of new depth indicators, which are being used or studied both at home and abroad. Besides, this thesis introduces the features of those new type depth indicators. All of these are very useful for type selection and skill reform of mine installations which are used in reality.
