摘要
以徐矿集团生产矿井采掘巷道的辅助运输机械化为目标,以权台煤矿采掘巷道作为设计条件,对单轨吊车的牵引力以及功率进行计算和分析,对绳牵引单轨吊进行无极绳绞车的理论计算和钢丝绳的选型计算,并由此计算出相应的轻型单轨吊车的运输能力。该设计计算对于煤矿辅助运输的设计和研究具有实际的借鉴作用,有利于轻型单轨吊在煤矿的发展和研制。
As Xuzhou Mining Coal Mining Group's production of the auxiliary tunnel transport mechanization as the goal, Quantai coal mining tunnel as a design condition, the traction on the monorail and power calculations and analysis carried out on the wire-driven monorail theoretical endless rope winch,and rope selection calculation, and obtain the corresponding light monorail transportation capacity. Auxiliary transport for coal mine design and research with practical reference will help light monorail and development in coal mine development.
