摘要
提出了一种基于直接数字频率合成器芯片AD9959的相位差可调节的正弦信号发生器的设计方法。整个设计以直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术为核心,采用复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)和ARM实现整个系统的控制。该信号发生器可产生4路0~200 MHz频段的频率、相位、幅值均可调的正弦信号,并且可以编程设定输出通道间的相位差。实验结果表明,该信号发生器产生的信号稳定,可实现任意2个通道间的相位差,频率切换速度快,有广泛的应用价值。
A design of phase adjustable sinusoidal signal generator based on AD9959 was presented. The whole design is based on direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) technology, and the signal generator is controlled by CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) and ARM. The signal generator has four channels, which separately produce sinusoidal signal output from 0 to 200 MHz. The frequency, phase, amplitude of the sinusoidal signal can be adjusted, and can be programmed to set the output of the phase difference between channels. The results show that the signal generator works stable, can realize the phase difference between any two channels and switch frequency speedily, There is a wide range of applications.
