摘要
通过对电机和液力耦合器的特性进行分析,分别建立电机直接启动和电机与液力耦合器联合启动情况下的转矩、驱动力的数学模型。并用MATLAB仿真出了2种启动方式的M-n和F-v的曲线图。分析图形得出电机与液力耦合器联合启动具有减振环节的特性,并且可以延缓输送机的加速过程,对控制输送机启动过程的稳定性和安全性具有指导意义。
Through to analyze the basic characteristics of the motor and hydraulic houplers, respectively established the mathematical models of torque and driving force which the motor direct starting and electrical and hydraulic coupler combined output. Using MATLAB simulated characteristic curve of M-n and F-v. Through the analysis of the curve can obtain to use the manner of electrical and hydraulic coupler joint start-up which has the characteristics of damping link and delayed the acceleration process of the conveyor. The type controled the conveyor safety and stability significance at starting up process.
