摘要
为了进一步改善刮板输送机链轮链条传动系统的性能,利用Pro/E的三维辅助分析功能,对新设计的宽带链锻造立环进行了几何特性分析、联接运动分析、干涉检测等多项CAE分析,为锻造立环设计质量的提高提供了依据。
In order to improve the transmission system performance between scraper conveyor sprocket and chain, the Pro/E 3-D aided analysis is adopted to analyze the newly design forged vertical link of broad band chain in geometrical features, joint movement, interference detection, etc.. The design quality of forged vertical link is improved accordingly.
