摘要
推导了外啮合齿轮泵流量脉动的计算公式,分析了外啮合齿轮泵变位系数对流量脉动的影响。结果表明:流量脉动随齿轮模数的增大而减小;当采用高度变位齿轮正传动时,流量脉动随着变位系数的增大而明显减小。
The computing formula of the flow pulsation of external gear pump is researched and the influence of modification coefficient of flow pulsation of external gear pump is analysed. It was shown by calculation results that flow pulsation decreased when the module of gear are increased. The flow pulsation deereased when the modification coefficient is increased when the positivedrive of long-and- short-addendum is used.
