摘要
以具有6个组成环和3个封闭环的工件的公差设计为研究对象,从中抽取关键变量,并建立数学模型。基于Taguchi方法,进行了公差对制造成本的正交试验,同时对试验结果进行直观分析和方差分析,并确定最佳方案。试验结果表明,试验数据对优化设计的改进可提供有利依据,能够有效地减少试验次数,并可获得较理想方案。
Based on six component loops and three closed loops of a workpiece, tolerance design is considered to be the research object. From which the key variables are extractioned, and the mathematical model is established. Based on the method of Taguchi, it is done that the orthogonal test about how tolerance affects manufacturing cost. Meanwhile, through the intuitive analysis and variance analysis about the test results,finally,the optimum solution is got. Test results show the experiment data can provide beneficial basis for the improvement of optimization design,can also effectively reduce the experiment frequency,and can obtain satisfactory solution as well.
