摘要
针对顶板来压的复杂性,探讨了基于模糊自适应PID控制在液压支架监控中的应用。系统根据安装的压力、下缩量、倾角等传感器获得的参数,通过数据滤波处理后,调用模糊自适应PID控制子程序,实现对液压支架工况的预测、预警、预案,为液压支架监控的实际应用提供参考。
Aiming at the complexity of the roof pressure, a application of controlling system for hydraulic support based on fuzzy adaptive PID control is discuseed. According to the parameter of pressure, shrinkage, obliquity, etc. fuzzy adaptive PID control subroutine using the filtered data, achieve forecasting prewarning, prediction scheme, and can provide reference for hydraulic support with practical application.
