摘要
为了能够提高数控机床热误差补偿的精度和效率,深入研究了利用小波神经网络对数控机床进行热误差补偿的方法。首先,提出了小波神经网络的数学模型;然后,提出了基于遗传算法的小波神经网络模型的训练方法;最后,以数控铣床为例,利用小波神经网络对其进行了热误差补偿计算,并且得出了精度较高的数控机床的小波神经网络预报结果。
In order to improve the precision and efficient of the heat error compensation for the numerical machine, the heat error compensation method of the numerical machine depending on the wavelet neutral network was studied in depth. Firstly, the mathematical model of the wavelet neutral network was put forward; and then the train method of the wavelet neutral network based on genetic algorithm was established; and finally using the numerical controlling milling machine as example, and the heat error compensation calculating was carried out, and the predicting precision of the heat error compensation of the numerical controlling machine was acquired by using wavelet neutral network.
