摘要
以AT89S52单片机和热压型机6组加热器为核心,设计了用于电机线圈整形的热压型机控制系统。该系统利用pt100传感器精确测量热压型机各点的温度,采用PID控制算法,通过固态继电器控制加热器,实现电机线圈热压成型工艺的温度要求。在实际生产中表明本系统性能稳定,操作方便,能够满足温度控制精度的要求。
AT89S52 microcontroller and six groups of hot-type machine heater core, designed for the hot-type plastic coil motor control system. The system uses sensor ptl00 pressing machines accurately measure the temperature of each point, using PID control algorithm, by solid-state relay control the heater, the motor coil temperature of hot press molding process requirements. In the actual production show that the system is stable, easy to operate to meet the requirements of temperature control accuracy.
