摘要
采用虚拟仪器技术对旋转机械的振动信号进行高速实时数据采集,对采集到的振动信号作相应处理,通过显示控件实现对旋转机械的状态监测,运用数字信号分析方法对转子振动信号进行分析,通过绘制三维谱振等图谱实现对旋转机械的故障诊断。
Virtual Instrument is applied to develop a system of data acquisition and condition monitoring of the rotor vibration signal. Condition monitoring can be realized by acquiring the real-time vibration signal across NI PCI-6024 Card. Fault diagnosis of the rotor vibration can be obtained by using the classic and modern digital signal analyzing method to draw the spectrum diagram.
