摘要
以某电厂引风机前烟道为例,运用计算流体力学软件对烟道内流场进行数值模拟,并根据数值计算结果与公式计算数据进行烟道各部件局部阻力特性比较分析。由比较结果可以看到,由于异形件局部阻力系数取值偏大,导致计算表格数据阻力值较大,从而引起风机选型的偏离。
Based on the flue gas before IDF,the CFD Fluent has been introduced for the simulation of the flow field and the local resistance of the parts has been compared with formula calculation according to analysis data.It is showed that the irregular part has higher resistance value in calculation table,and the selection of IDF has more bias for the unreasonable calculation results being applied.
