试析民国初年阎锡山的伦理道德观

A Study of Yan Xishan's Ethics during Early Period of Republic of China

民国初年阎锡山督政山西时,对伦理道德有着自己的见解和实施方法,体现在:成立"洗心社"专门机构来宣传儒家伦理道德,试图通过"洗心"、"自省"帮助人们达到"好人"标准;重视个人品德、家庭伦理道德和社会公共道德的建设,并有效落实在村治和教育实践中。梳理阎锡山伦理道德观的主要内涵、践履特点及思想来源,可以为现实提供历史启示。

When Yan had his own moral views Xishan was the governor of Shanxi Province during early Period of Republic of China, he and the implementation methods. They are reflected as follows： building ＇Xi Xin＇ professional organization to spread Confucian ethics so as to help people to realize the aim of ＇good person＇; laying importance on construction of personal character, family values and morality and making them have the effective implementation of governance in the village practice and education. Combing the main contents and ideological Origins of Yan Xishan＇s ethic is the main thrust of this article.
