摘要
在碱性条件下,头孢他啶对金纳米粒子催化高锰酸钾氧化鲁米诺化学发光体系的发光强度具有明显的增敏作用,基于此建立了一种测定头孢他啶的化学发光方法。在优化实验条件下,用该法测定头孢他啶的线性范围为3.0×10^-5-5.0×10g/L,检出限为1.0×10g/L,相对标准偏差为2.0%(p=4.0×10^-3g/L,n=11),将其用于药物制剂中头孢他啶含量的测定,测得平均回收率为99%,结果令人满意。
In alkaline medium, gold nano-partiele could catalyze the chemiluminescence(CL)of the luminol - potassium permanganate system, and the presence of eeftazidime could enhance the CL intensity of this system. Based on this, a flow injection CL method for the determination of eeftazidime was established. Under the optimized conditions, the linear range for determination of eeftazidime was in the range of 3.0 x 10 -5 -5.0× 10 -2 g/L with a detection limit of 1.0 × 10-5 g/L. The relative standard deviation(RSD, n = 11 ) was 2.0% for 4.0 ×10 3 g/L ceftazidime. The method was applied in the determination of ceftazidime in injection with satisfactory results.
