摘要 采用模糊综合评价法对铁路专用线优化整合工作进行研究。根据有关影响因素建立评判因素集,并提出相适应的决策评语集,建立相应的模糊关系矩阵,根据各因素对专用线优化整合的影响程度确定权重集,并采用加权平均算子进行综合评价计算,从而得到决策结果。通过实例分析说明模型的应用符合实际决策需要,能够为专用线优化整合工作提供有效的手段。 The paper studies the optimization and integration works of railway special lines by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.According to relative influence factors,the paper establishes judgment factor collection,puts forward relative decision comment collection and establishes relative fuzzy relation matrix.The weighting collection was decided according to the optimization and integration influence degree of special lines,and then get decision result through comprehensive evaluation calculation by using weighting average operator.Through analyzing the example,the paper expounds the application of model is adapt to the actual decision demand and could provide effective approach for the optimization and integration works of special lines.
