摘要
在研究货物重心纵向偏移量与脱轨系数之间关系的基础上,通过对车轮脱轨临界状态的受力分析,建立脱轨系数与货物重心纵向偏移量的关系模型。基于横向力的最不利组合,设计相应的装载工况和运行工况。按照脱轨系数为1.2的标准,计算各种装载工况和运行工况组合条件下,货物质量和货物重心纵向容许偏移量之间的关系,并与现行规定值比较,说明货物重心纵向容许偏移量的规定有进一步研究的空间。
Based on analyzing the relationship between freight longitudinal allowable deflection and derail coefficient,and through analyzing the stress of wheel derail critical status,the relationship model was established.The relative loading and operation situation were designed according to the most disadvantage combination of transversal force.Under the standard of 1.2 derail coefficient,each kind of loading and operation situation as well as the relationship between freight quality and freight longitudinal allowable deflection were calculated and were compared with existing regulated value,all of these expounds that the regulation of freight longitudinal allowable deflection has wide research range.
