摘要
提出了一种基于模型的水下航行器推进用直流电机的健康监测方法,通过对电机的关键模型参数进行监测,达到监测电机健康状态的目的。以电机的3种典型故障模式为例,建立电机的辨识模型,采用最小二乘算法对模型参数进行辨识,得到反映系统健康状态的特征参量,并采用趋势预测算法对3种典型故障进行仿真评估。仿真结果表明,所提出的方法能较好地评估电机的当前健康状态,并为进一步的健康预测打下基础。
A health monitoring method for underwater propulsion motor is proposed to realize the health state monitoring of motor by monitoring its key model parameters.Three typical faults are adopted to verify the proposed method,which the model parameters are identified by using least square method and to compare these parameters with ideal parameters to obtain the health features,and the evolution prognostics is used to assess the health state.The simulation results validate that the proposal method is effective.
