摘要
在1个4流道的三相多室气升式环流反应器中,以空气-水-K树脂为体系,采用压差法测量气含率,考察了上升室气体表观速率、固体装载量对上升室与下降室气含率的影响。结果表明:上升室的气含率随着该室气体表观速率增加而增加,而随着另一上升室气体表观速率增加而略有降低;下降室的气含率随着该室气体表观速率增加呈现3种变化趋势,而随着另一上升室气体表观速率增加而略有增加。上升室和下降室的气含率均随着固体装载质量增加而降低。在鼓泡流下,根据流体力学平衡原理,建立了上升室气含率的模型;用关联式法得到了下降室气含率的模型,模型预测值与实验结果吻合较好。
The effects of superficial gas velocity and solid loading on gas holdups of riser and downcomer were investigated for the system of air-water-(K-resin) particles in three-phase multi-compartment airlift loop reactor,comprising a vertical column divided into four channels,and a manometric method was used to determine the gas holdup.The results show that the gas holdup of one specified riser increases obviously with the increasing of the superficial gas velocity of this riser and decreases slightly with that of other riser;the gas holdup of the downcomer shows three trends with the increasing of the superficial gas velocity of this riser and increases slightly with that of other riser.Both gas holdups of riser and downcomer decrease obviously with the increasing of the solid loading.Under the bubble flow regime,the model of the gas holdup of riser was established on the basis of the hydrodynamic balance.The model of the gas holdup of downcomer was obtained by correlation method,and it shows a good agreement between the calculated and experimental data.
