摘要
构态变换是变胞机构应用中的一个重要环节,在构态发生变换的时候机构的运动变得不连续,使机构的运动性能发生变化。以一个五杆变胞机构为例,验证了在构态变换时的冲击效应,分析了不同的构态变化初始条件对变胞机构运动性能的影响。研究结果表明,即使是在低速条件下,机构在构态变换也会产生较大冲击;通过改变机构在构态变换时输入构件的运动规律可以减小冲击、改善机构的运动性能。
The change of configuration plays an important role when a metamorphic mechanism works, But accompanied with it, the motion of the mechanism becomes discontinuous. In this paper, a five-bar metamorphic mechanism was taken as an example to study the impact occuring when its configuration changes. The influence owing to different initial conditions on the characteristics of the motion of the five-bar metamorphic mechanism is focused. The results show that the mechanism will undergo a greatly impact when the metamorphic mechanism changes its configuration from one to another even at a lower speed of motion, and it is reasonable to reducing the impact by the way of adopting a proper type of motion for the inputs of mechanism.
