摘要 低透气性煤层的瓦斯抽放是制约煤矿安全和高效生产的主要因素,煤层瓦斯钻孔抽采是从根本上减少或消除矿井瓦斯灾害事故最有效途径之一,针对松软煤层瓦斯抽放孔易于塌孔,使用一般机械设备清孔存在对孔困难、效率低等问题,设计了一种使用井下现有水泵,用于软煤层塌孔后清孔作业的自进式水射流钻头。利用理论分析和数值模拟的手段,分析了钻头的旋转射流破岩能力、旋转密封效果和推进能力,并通过实验优化了自进式钻头的结构。该钻头工作泵压25 MPa、流量160 L/min,钻进速度大于0.02 m/s,成孔率高,符合西南地区煤层瓦斯孔清孔的要求,对于解决目前在煤层瓦斯孔清孔中存在的对孔困难,排渣不便等问题有较大的参考价值和实用意义。 Low permeability gas drainage is the main factor of coal mine safety and efficient, drilling a hole is one of the most effective ways to avoid disasters and accidents. The holes in soft coal seam drilling are easily to collapse; it is difficult and low efficiency to via the existence of holes with the existing machinery and equipment. The design worked with a small underground pressure and flow, the self propelled nozzle can be used to via the soft coal hole when it collapses. Analysis the rotating sealing effect and the capacity of promote. Optimize the structure of self-propelled nozzle by experiment. This nozzle worked with the pump pressure 25MPa, flow 160L/min, drilling speed is greater than 0.02m/s. It consistent with the situation of southwest coals mine and has great reference value and practical significance for the solution to the current mine problems with via work.
