疏郁散结汤治疗乳腺增生病140例 被引量:7

Treatment of 144 Cases of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands with Shuyu Sanjie Decoction

摘要 目的:观察疏郁散结汤治疗女性乳腺增生病的疗效。方法:将260例乳腺增生病患者随机分为治疗组140例和对照组120例,治疗组给予疏郁散结汤治疗,对照组给予乳癖消片治疗,30 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后进行临床疗效统计、症状评分及电化学分析。结果:治疗组痊愈99例,显效26例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率为97.2%;对照组痊愈45例,显效32例,有效22例,无效21例,总有效率为82.5%。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状评分比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),两组患者治疗后血清E2、P及LH水平差异有显著性(P<0.01)。说明治疗组在临床疗效、症状评分改善及对血清有关激素的影响方面优于对照组。结论:疏郁散结汤治疗乳腺增生病疗效显著。 Objective:To observe the effect of Shuyu Sanjie Decoction in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.Methods: 260 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly divided into treatment group(140 cases) and control group(120 cases.The treatment group were given Shuyu Sanjie Decocton,while the control group Rupixiao Tablets.They were given therapeutic statistics,symptom score and electrochemical analysis after one course of treatment.Results: In the treatment group,99 patients were cured,26 cases showing effects,11 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.2%;in the control group,45 cases were recovered,32 cases showing effects,22 cases effective,21 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 82.5 %.The total effective rates of two groups were significant different(P0.05).Symptom scores,serum E2,P and LH levels after the treatment in two groups were significantly different(P0.01).The clinical efficacy,symptom score improvement and the effect on serum-related hormones of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion: Shuyu Sanjie Decoction has significant effect in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.
