液晶显示器端子接触面积率的影响因素分析与改善措施

Factors of influencing the contact area rate of LCD terminal and improvement measures

The effect of contact area rate of terminal and display screen on LCD performance was described and factors of influencing contact area rate were investigated through experiments which show that mould precision,terminal shape,process of forming,plating and assembly would affect the contact area rate to a certain extent.Some measures to improve the rate were proposed based on analysis on the influencing mechanism of the factors.
