摘要
介绍了端子和显示屏接触面积率对液晶显示器性能的影响,通过试验探讨了接触面积率的影响因素。研究结果表明,模具精度、端子形状、成形工艺、电镀工艺、装配工艺等在一定程度上影响了端子的接触面积率。经对这些因素的影响机理进行分析,提出了一些提高接触面积率的改善措施,可为实际生产提供参考。
The effect of contact area rate of terminal and display screen on LCD performance was described and factors of influencing contact area rate were investigated through experiments which show that mould precision,terminal shape,process of forming,plating and assembly would affect the contact area rate to a certain extent.Some measures to improve the rate were proposed based on analysis on the influencing mechanism of the factors.
