摘要
针对弹簧悬挂座零件大高径比、小圆角半径、宽凸缘筒形件双拉深的特点,设计了弹簧悬挂座成形工艺和模具,有效地保证了成形零件的尺寸精度。经生产实践,取得了良好的效果,对类似零件的成形有一定的参考作用。
A forming process and a die for the suspension seat of a spring were designed according to the feature of the component which is characteristic with large ratio of height to diameter,small fillet radius and double drawing of wide flange cylindrical component.
