摘要 [目的]研究壳寡糖对玉米(Zea mays L.)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[方法]利用不同浓度壳寡糖处理玉米种子及幼苗,研究壳寡糖对玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]壳寡糖能够有效地提高玉米种子胚乳淀粉酶活力,提高胚根、胚芽的生长速率,促进玉米种子萌发;同时,壳寡糖还可提高玉米幼苗叶片叶绿素含量以及根系活力,促进幼苗生长。其中,浓度为0.1μg/ml壳寡糖的促进作用最为明显。[结论]壳寡糖具有促进玉米种子萌发及幼苗生长的作用。该研究可为壳寡糖的应用提供理论支持。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of chito-oligosaccharide on maize seed germination and seedlings growth. [Methods] Treating maize seed and seedling with different consistency of chito-oligosaccharide,the effect of chito-oligosaccharide on maize seed germination and seedlings growth was studied. [Results] The results showed that chito-oligosaccharide could improve the amylase activity of maize seed,increase the growth-rate of root and bud,stimulate the seed germination. And at the time,it could improve the chlorophyll of the plants and the root activity,and accelerate the rate of maize seedlings growth. Comparatively,the chito-oligosaccharide in concentrations of 0.1 μg/ml made the most obvious promotion effect. [Conclusion] Chito-oligosaccharide can make a promotion effect on maize seed germination and seedlings growth. The study can provide theoretical support for the applying of chito-oligosaccharide.
