摘要
[目的]建立了顶空气相色谱法测定泥螺中酒精度的方法。[方法]将样品密封于顶空瓶,在80℃达到气液平衡后用气相色谱/氢火焰离子化检测器(GC/FID)进行测定。[结果]该方法在0.5%~25.0%的范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,回收率为98.0%~104.0%,最低检测限为0.01%,变异系数(CV)为1.49%。[结论]该方法可靠、快速、简单,适用于液体、固体产品中乙醇含量的测定。
[Objective]A headspace-gas chromatography method was established for determination of ethanol in clay snail.[Method]The sample solution was placed in a headspace sample vial at 80 ℃ and the equilibrated vapor phase of the solution was then measured by GC/FID.[Result]The linearity of ethanol were good in the range of 0.5%-25.0% with r=0.999 6.The average recovery of ethanol was 98.0%-104.0%,CV was 1.49%.The detection limit lies 0.01%.[Conclusion] This method is simply,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for determination of content of ethanol in product of solid or liquid.
