Pesticide Residues Dynamics in Vegetables and Risk Assessment of Vegetable Quality and Safety in Guangxi

通过统计分析2005～2009年广西蔬菜农药残留监测数据,采用风险评估方法评价了广西蔬菜质量安全状况,提出了蔬菜安全膳食建议。

Through the statistical analysis on the monitoring data of the pesticide residues in vegetables of Guangxi Province,the quality and safety of vegetables were assessed by risk assessment method,and then the safe dietary of vegetables was suggested.
