Through the investigation of environmental conditions and tourism resources of Urho District of Karamay City in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,based on project planning and designing,market prospect analysis,project concept and layout and so on,the concepts and methods as well as thoughts of developing and establishing of Urho Ecological and Agricultural Sightseeing Park were analyzed in detail to provide a theoretical reference for agricultural building and sustainable development of northwest regions.
