基于文献计量分析的我国食品安全研究现状与发展趋势 被引量:10

Status and Development Trend of Food Safety Research in China Based on Bibliometric Analysis

摘要 运用文献计量分析与数理统计的方法,对1999~2009年SCI网络数据库收录的有关我国食品安全的研究论文从数量、年份、期刊分布、机构、研究主题和被引用情况几个方面进行统计与分析,了解我国食品安全研究的发展现状。结果表明,1999~2009年,我国食品科技领域被SCI网络数据库收录的论文呈不断上升趋势,尤其是2004年以后,增长速度明显加快。 By using bibliometric analysis and mathematical statistic,the food safety research papers in China recorded in SCIE network database from 1999 to 2009 were statistically analyzed from their quantity,publish year,periodicals distribution,institution,research topics and cited situations,aiming to find out the development status of the food safety research in China.The results indicated that there were increasing quantity of papers about food science and technology recorded in SCIE network database from 1999 to 2009,the increase was obviously accelerated after 2004.
