Transfer of Rural Labors from the Coordinated Perspective of "Three-nizations"

农村现代化要求农村工业化、城镇化与农业现代化统筹协调发展,"三化"统筹发展对于农村劳动力转移具有内在的一致性,目前三者的发展偏差对农村劳动力转移产生了不利影响,应采取有效措施以"三化"统筹发展促进农村劳动力转移,加快农村现代化进程。

Rural modernization calls for the coordinated development of rural industrialization,urbanization and modernization,the coordinated development of ＂Three-nizations＂ shows intrinsic consistence in the transfer of rural labors,but the uneven development of the ＂Three-nizations＂ at present produces some negative impact on rural labor transfer,therefore,some effective measures should be taken to promote the coordinated development of ＂Three-nizations＂ so as to promote the transfer of rural labors and accelerate the pace of rural modernization.
