农村集体土地使用权入股收益分配模式的探索

Exploration of Income Distribution Style for Rural Shareholders with the Collective Land-use Right

在总结各地农村集体土地使用权入股方式的基础上,详细分析了土地股份合作社、土地股份制企业的股份组成,对土地入股联合经营和委托经营2种模式进行了补充和完善,并相应设计了2种入股模式的收益分配方法,为今后农用地使用权入股模式的选择和收益的分配提供了参考依据。

Based on a summing-up of rural shareholders with the collective land-use right which are already existed in China,a detailed analysis on the composition of cooperatives or joint-stock company＇s shares was made;two models of joint operations and entrusted operations were supplemented and improved.Also the income distribution methods for all kinds of shareholding pattern of rural collective land-use rights were designed.Through the research in this paper,a frame of reference was provided for the selection of the shareholding pattern and income distribution style in the future.
