磷酸肌酸对脓毒症大鼠心肌能量代谢的影响

摘要 目的探讨磷酸肌酸对脓毒症大鼠心肌能量代谢的影响。方法 30只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(A组)、脓毒症组(B组)和磷酸肌酸组(C组),检测脓毒症前后心肌组织葡萄糖6-磷酸酶活性、ATP、ADP和AMP含量以及磷酸肌酸对心肌细胞能量代谢的影响,并观察心肌组织超微结构变化。结果脓毒症后心肌组织葡萄糖6-磷酸酶活性、ATP、ADP和AMP含量均显著低于假手术组(P<0.01);磷酸肌酸组较脓毒症组葡萄糖6-磷酸酶活性、ATP、ADP和AMP含量明显升高(P<0.01);磷酸肌酸组心肌组织超微结构的损害较脓毒症组明显减轻。结论脓毒症大鼠心肌组织存在能量代谢障碍,磷酸肌酸能够改善脓毒症心肌能量代谢障碍和心肌的超微结构。 Objective To investigate the influence of creatine phosphate (CP) on myocardial energy metabolism in sepsis rats.Methods Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups sham operation group (Group A,n=10),sepsis group (Group B,n=10) and creatine phosphate group (Group C,n=10).Results The activity of than those in Group ATP 0.01,whereas all index in Group C were higher than those in Group B.Myocardial ultrastructive injuries in Group C were less than those in Group B.Conclusion Myocardial energy metabolism disorder occurred in sepsis rats Creatine phosphate could improve myocardial energy metabolism andultrastructure in sepsis rats.
