CB和CD在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的检测组织蛋白酶B(Cathepsin B,CB)与组织蛋白酶D(Cathepsin D,CD)在人类上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用S-P法检测32例上皮性卵巢癌中CB与CD的表达,并结合有关病理特征进行分析。结果经统计学分析,CB、CD在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与年龄、病理类型无相关性(P>0.05),而与卵巢癌的临床分期、有无转移及腹水呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 CB、CD与卵巢癌的恶性生物学行为密切相关,两者在其侵袭转移过程中发挥重要作用。
