更年期妇女心理健康状况现状调查

目的了解更年期妇女的心理健康状况,以便更好地做好更年期妇女的卫生保健工作。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对682例更年期妇女进行心理健康状况调查,并以国内常模作为对照。另将682名妇女分为外来务工组和本地居民组,将两种均分比较分析。结果更年期妇女(SCL-90)有6因子均分高于国内常模,差异有显著性(P<0.05),尤以强迫、抑郁、焦虑症状最为突出(P<0.01);外来务工组强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧五因子均分高于本地居民组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论更年期妇女心理健康存在许多问题,尤以经济状况欠佳的外来务工人员更为严重,社会应重视和加强该群体的心理保健工作。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of menopausal women for providing health care measures Methods All the menopausal women were tested with SCL-90,the norm of china served as control,682 menopausal women were assigned into migrant workers group and Local residents group.Results The scores of 6 factors of SCL-90 in study group were higher than norm group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;five factors such as coercion,interpersonal relations,depression,anxiety and horror in the migrant workers group were higher than local residents group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Menopausal women have a lot of mental health problems,especially in migrant workers is more serious,society should emphasize and strengthen mental health in the community.
