426例中老年人牙周病患者并发糖尿病的相关性研究

目的探讨中老年人糖尿病患者牙周疾病的发生情况,以及牙周病与糖尿病之间的相互关系。方法对426名中老年人牙周病并发糖尿病患者进行牙周病状况及血糖状况调查和临床分析。将患者分为牙周病组和非牙周病组,然后对两组的血糖进行统计分析。结果牙周病组的糖尿病患病率(17.3%)明显高于非牙周病组(11.1%),两组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论中老年人牙周病和糖尿病之间存在相关性,糖尿病治疗与牙周病治疗之间相互影响。

Objective To study the occurrence of periodontal disease in middle-aged and old patients with diabetes and the relationship between periodontal disease and diabetes.Methods To clinically analyze the periodontal status and blood glucose of 426 cases of middle-aged and old patients with diabetes.Patients were divided into periodontal disease group and non-periodontal disease group,and a blood glucose analysis was made of the two groups.Results The prevalence of diabetes with periodontal disease group （17.3%） is apparently higher than non-periodontal disease group （11.1%）,there is a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion There is correlation between periodontal disease and diabetes in middle-aged and old patients with diabetes.The treatment of periodontal disease interacts with the treatment of diabetes.
