自然周期和促排卵周期宫腔内人工授精效果的比较研究

摘要 目的比较自然周期和促排周期对不孕夫妇宫腔内人工授精(IUI)结局的影响。方法根据是否使用促排卵药物,将281个IUI周期分为自然周期组(A组)和促排周期组(B组);促排周期组又根据不同用药分为克罗米芬组(CC组)、尿促性腺激素组(HMG组),比较各组的临床妊娠率。结果自然周期组妊娠率极显著低于促排周期组(7.9%vs19.0%,P<0.01);促排卵组中CC组、HMG组的妊娠率分别为11.1%和23.6%,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论促排卵周期IUI妊娠率明显提高;HMG联合IUI能提高IUI治疗不孕症的临床妊娠率。 Objective To compare the results of the natural cycle and ovulation induction cycle in intrauterine insemination (IUI) for infertile couples.Methods 281 IUI cycles for infertile couples were divided into two groups.Group A natural cycle and Group B ovulation induction cycle group.The group B was again divided into subgroups of clomiphene citrate (CC),menopausal gonadotropin (HMG).The rates of clinical pregnancy was compared.Results The pregnancy rate was significantly lower in group A than in group B (7.9% vs 17.6%,P〈0.01).Significant differences was found between CC group and HMG group (11.1% vs 23.6%,P〈0.01).Conclusion Induction ovulation can improved pregnancy rate of infertile couples.HCG combining intrauterine insemination can increase the pregnancy rate in treating infertility.
