摘要
目的观察EN和PN营养支持在重型颅脑损伤中的临床疗效,并总结其护理心得。方法选择重型颅脑损伤患者68例,按照自愿的原则,分为PN组和EN组,PN组32例采用肠外营养支持,EN组36例采用肠外营养支持,比较治疗2周后两组患者BW、TSF、AMC、Hb、TP、Alb的变化值,并总结营养支持护理体会。结果 EN组的临床效果好于PN组,在BW、TSF、AMC、Hb、TP、Alb的变化值方面比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重型颅脑损伤患者应积极采用EN,同时加强专科护理,可增强患者抵抗力、促进患者恢复。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of enteral and parenteral nutrition in treatment of severe head injury and summarize nursing experience.Methods Collect 68 patients with severe head injury.According to the principle of voluntary,32 patients were divided into PN group with parenteral nutrition;36 patients were divided into EN group with enteral nutrition,then compare the change value of BW,TSF,AMC,Hb,TP,Alb after two weeks and summarize nursing experience.Results The EN group’s clinical effects were better than The PN group’s,there was a significant（P〈0.05） in he change value of BW,TSF,AMC,Hb,TP,Alb after two weeks.Conclusion We should actively use enteral nutrition in treatment of severe head injury and strengthen the specialist nursing care,it could enhanced patient resistance and promote patient recovery.
