阿昔洛韦治疗水痘疗效观察

目的观察阿昔洛韦治疗水痘的疗效。方法将80例水痘患儿按就诊先后随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组给予阿昔洛韦10mg/(kg·d),对照组予利巴韦林注射液10～15mg/(kg·d),静脉滴注,疗程均为3d。分析两组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95.24%和85.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组未发现明显毒副作用。结论阿昔洛韦治疗水痘疗效明显优于利巴韦林,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective Observation of the efficacy of acyclovir treatment of varicella.Methods 80 cases of varicella in children has randomly divided into treatment by treatment group and 40 patients in the control group,treatment group was treated with acyclovir 10mg/（kg·d）,the control group were given ribavirin injection 10-15mg/（ kg·d）,intravenous drip,a course of 3 days.Analyze the efficacy of the two groups and side effects.Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95.24% and 85.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） and treatment group has no obvious side effects.Conclusion Acyclovir treatment of varicella is significantly better than ribavirin,and worth of clinical application.
