社区妇女健康保键的需求调查及对策研究

目的对社区妇女健康保键的需求进行调查。方法采取分层抽样的方法,从社区4185名妇女中按不同生理时期,随机抽出660名妇女作为调查对象。结果育龄妇女的孕产期需求与保健服务基本平衡;青春期、更年期、老年期妇女的保健需求与社区保健服务还存在较大供需矛盾。结论社区妇女健康保键是以维护和促进妇女健康为目的,以预防为主,以保健为中心,以基层为重点、社区妇女为对象,防治结合,开展以生殖健康为核心的保健工作。

Objective To ensure key community women＇s health survey of the demand.Method Stratified sampling method,4185 women from the community in different physiological period,660 women were randomly selected for the survey.Results Women of childbearing age and maternal health services in the basic balance of demand;puberty,menopause and old age women＇s health needs and community health services,there are more supply and demand.Conclusion The community is key to maintaining women＇s health protection and promotion of women＇s health for the purpose of prevention-oriented,to care for the center to focus on grass-roots,community women as objects,combining prevention with control,to develop the core of reproductive health care.
