西安市土地利用变化研究

Land Use Change of Different Districts in Xi′an City

分析了西安市在2002～2006年间的土地利用变化情况。结果表明,林地和耕地面积占西安市总面积的73.2%以上,是西安市主要的土地利用类型,其中耕地面积的逐年减小是建设用地和林地面积增加的主要来源;各土地利用变化指数说明了西安市土地利用活跃程度较大,变化速度较快,土地利用正处在发展时期。相对变化率反映了各区县土地利用变化存在着明显的差异,不同土地利用类型的变化差异显著;碑林区、新城区、莲湖区、雁塔区和未央区等5区的土地利用类型越来越单一化,土地利用变化也将越来越小。

Based on statistical data,the land use change was studied between 2002 and 2006 in Xi＇an city.The results showed that cultivated land and forest land which were the main land use types in Xi＇an accounted for more than 73.2% of the total land area.The decreasing of cultivated land was the main source of the increase of forest land and building land.Different land use indices demonstrated that the land use in Xi＇an city changed quickly and it was in the development period.The relative change rate of land use showed that there was obvious difference in land use change among different districts and different land use types.Land use types becomed simplification and land use changed less in five districts such as Beilin,Xincheng,Lianhu,Yanta,and Weiyang.
