摘要
利用10个品系的昆虫病原线虫对柞蚕蛹羽化率的影响进行了试验。结果表明,10个品系的昆虫病原线虫中,6个品系线虫对柞蚕羽化无影响,4个品系线虫对柞蚕羽化有影响。进一步明确昆虫病原线虫对柞蚕的安全性后,有望应用于蚕区农作物及柞树害虫的防治。
The influence of 10 strains from entomopathogenic nematodes on Antheraea pernyi was studied.Based on the analysis of eclosion rate calculated by SPSS,it indicated that the eclosion rate was reduced with the infection by 4 strains,and other 6 strains had no unfavorable effects on Antheraea pernyi.When the safety evaluation of influence from the entomopathogenic nematodes was confirmed further,it could be applicated in the crops in silkworm propagation district and bio-controlling of bristle tooth oak plantation.
