摘要
为提高烟草中淀粉的分析速度,对流动分析法中淀粉的前处理过程进行了改进,即用离心分离代替了两次抽滤,并对检测结果进行了比较。结果表明,用离心分离代替两次抽滤可大幅提高批量烟草样品的前处理速度,改进后的回收率为96.5%～102.6%,RSD小于2.30%,检测结果与原方法无显著差异,可用于批量烟草样品中淀粉含量的快速分析。
The pre-process of Continuous Flow Method of Starch in tobacco was improved to increase the analyzing speed.Double filtration process was replaced by centrifugal separation;and the testing results of the two methods were compared.The results indicated that,instead of the double filtration process,it can be increased greatly in volume of the pre-process of tobacco sample by using centrifugal separation.The average recovery ratio of starch was 96.5%～102.6%,RSD 2.30%.And the testing results between the two methods was not significantly different,so it could be applied in rapid analysis of starch content in batches of tobacco samples.
