摘要
应用微量淋巴细胞毒方法对转hDAF基因猪外源基因表达产物的功能进行了初步研究。结果表明：外源hDAF基因在猪淋巴细胞上的表达产物具有生物学功能，活细胞数与总细胞数之比最高者达44．44％，从而为转hDAF基因猪的检测提供了一个新方法。
in this paper, the microlymphocyto toxicity assay was used to research function of exogenous hDAF for the firsttime. The results indicated that exogenous hDAF had biological function in pig lymphocyto. The highest quota was 44.44%(the number of live cell/the number of total cell x 100 % ). this experiment also provide a new method for detecting transgenicpig.
