乳腺X线立体定位真空辅助旋切标本X线摄影与病理对照

Comparative Analysis of Radiography and Pathology in Stereotactic Vacuum Assisted Breast Biopsy Samples

目的评价穿刺标本X线摄影中钙化对乳腺X线立体定位真空辅助旋切活检(stereotactic vacuumassis-ted breast biopsy,SVABB)的质量控制价值。资料与方法将87例共101个可疑钙化病灶行SVABB取得的标本摄影与病理对照,比较两者显示钙化是否一致,并分析导致不一致的原因。结果共取得1688条标本块,其中463条有钙化,X线摄影有而病理无钙化者65条,病理有而X线摄影无钙化者30条,前者有47条钙化在标本块边缘。87例中,28例(32.2%)X线影像和病理显示钙化一致,4例(4.6%)假性一致,55例(63.2%)不一致。结论 X线影像显示的钙化有可能与病理不一致,其主要原因可能是影像中靠边缘的钙化在处理标本时丢失,因此标本摄影应描述钙化标本块数量、钙化部位等信息以供参考。

Objective To evaluate the quality control value of calcification samples on radiography taken from stereotactic vacuum assisted breast biopsy（SVABB）.Materials and Methods Eighty-seven patients with 101 suspicious calcification lesions underwent radiography examination.The SVABB samples contained calcification were underwent radiography before pathology,then compared with pathological findings.The inconsistent reason was analysed.Results Of 1688 samples,463 contained calcifications.X-ray discovered calcification while pathology showed no calcification in 65 samples.Pathology discovered calcification while X-ray showed no calcification in 30 samples.Of the former 65 samples,calcifications of 47 samples located at the edge of the sample.According to the pathological results of 87 patients,28 patients（32.2%）were consistent between X-ray and pathology,4 patients（4.6%）were pseudo-consistent,55 patients（63.2%）were inconsistent.Conclusion Calcifications showed by radiography may inconsistent with pathology.The main reason was that the calcifications which located at the edge were lost when dealed with samples.So radiologist must supply relevant information,included the number of calcification samples and location of calcifications,to pathologist.
