室温固相法制备碱式氯化铜纳米粉体 被引量:6

Preparation of Tribasic Copper Chloride Nanopowders by Solid State Reaction at Room Temperature

摘要 以氯化铜和氢氧化钠为原料,采用室温固相法制备了碱式氯化铜Cu2(OH)3Cl,反应条件为n(NaOH)∶n(CuCl2)=1.5∶1.0,研磨时间40 min,产率为94.1%。用XRD、IR和SEM对产物进行了表征。X射线粉末衍射数据的指标化结果表明,所得碱式氯化铜样品为单斜晶系,晶胞参数为:a=0.5510 nm,b=1.0146 nm,c=1.3946nm,β=96.39°。扫描电子显微镜分析表明制得的碱式氯化铜为60 nm,长度约600 nm纳米棒。 The tribasic copper chloride nanopowder was synthesized by solid state reaction at room temperature using cupric chloride and sodium hydroxide as raw materials,and the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to cupric chloride was 1.5∶1.0,the grinding time was 40 min and the yield was 94.1%.Its composition was Cu2(OH)3Cl.The sample was characterized by IR,XRD and SEM.The results of indexes to the X-ray powder diffraction data indicate that the crystal structure of the tribasic copper chloride belongs to monoclinic system.The lattice parameters are: a= 0.5510 nm,b=1.0146 nm,c=1.3946 nm,β=96.39°.The SEM show the resultant of the basic copper chloride is mainly composed of the nanorods with average diameters of 60 nm and length of 600 nm.
