有限内固定与外固定支架治疗45例胫腓骨骨折的疗效观察

Curative effect of limited internal fixation and external fixation treatment for 45 cases with fracture of tibia and fibula

目的:评价有限内固定联合外固定支架治疗45例胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法:45例胫腓骨骨折患者,采用有限内固定联合外固定支架治疗。结果:45例病例中43例获得骨性愈合,2例骨折延迟愈合,无骨不连病例。结论:有限内固定联合外固定支架具有设计合理,结构简单实用,操作方便,并发症少等特点,建议临床进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of limited internal fixation and external fixationin in the treatment of 45 cases with fracture of tibia and fibula. Method A total of 45 cases of tibia and fibula fracture were treated with limited internal fixation and external fixation. Results For 43 patients achieved bone union,2 cases of delayed union and no cases of nonunion. Conclusion Limited internal fixation and external fixation has the advantages of reasonable design, simple and practical, easy to operate, fewer complications, and is worthy of clinical application.
