重叠国产Excel与重叠Cypher雷帕霉素洗脱支架的临床疗效比较

Overlapping homemade Excel vs cypher sirolimus eluting stents to treat diffuse disease of coronary artery

目的:对比研究重叠国产Excel与Cypher药物洗脱支架治疗冠状动脉长病变的疗效。方法:选择接受了重叠国产Excel支架51例患者,支架总长度(46.9±10.6)mm;47例患者接受重叠Cypher支架作为对照组,支架总长度(50.2±8.6)mm。比较两组主要心脏不良事件发生情况。结果:两组1年的新发心肌梗死率为0.8%、1.9%,靶血管的再次血运重建、造影证实的支架再狭窄率为5.8%、3.8%,死亡等主要心脏不良事件差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重叠国产Excel雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架与重叠Cypher支架的临床疗效相似,临床效果好,可治疗冠状动脉长病变。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of overlapping homemade Excel vs cypher sirolimus eluting stents to treat diffuse disease of coronary arterial lesions.Method Total 51 patients with diffuse de novo coronary lesions underwent overlapping homemade Excel sirolimus eluting stents therapy were matched with the other 47 patients receiving overlapping cypher sirolimus eluting stents therapy.Clinical characteristics and follow-up results were compared between the two groups.Results Excel stent group had more three-vessel lesion and hyperlipoidemia patients,the rest aspects of baseline features in the two groups were similar.One-year MACE,defined as a hierarchical composite of total death,cardiac death,AMI,and target vessel revascularization,were all similar.Conclusion Overlapping homemade Excel sirolimus eluting stents in patients with a diffusely coronary arterial lesions is relatively safe and associated with good clinical outcomes.
