重症肌无力合并吉兰-巴雷综合征一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者男，34岁。因四肢无力12d，双眼睑下垂、复视、吞咽困难、言语不清10d，于2008年12月28日入院。患者发病前6d有“上呼吸道感染”史，后渐起从远端至近端的对称性四肢无力，上下楼梯困难，易疲倦，逐渐行走不能，
